Interview tips
The Leadership Academy, our signature program for high school sophomores, provides female athletes with 10 months of leadership training and programming while creating lifelong bonds with their peers. This unique opportunity offers students the chance to hear firsthand from female leaders in sports and business. These monthly sessions support their journey of becoming leaders on their teams, in their communities, and in their collegiate and professional lives. An important component of this program is the interview process to become accepted into the program. Each student is required to meet with a member of the Live Like Blaine team over Zoom for a 30 minute interview and a second, 15 minute interview. This process allows high school sophomores valuable experience in an interview setting. Please see the infographic below for more details.
