The Julie Foudy Sports Leadership Academy
The JFSLA is a 4-night, 5-day overnight camp where girls can learn from renowned coaches and hear from many celebrated speakers. Campers have heard from Billie Jean King, Mia Hamm, Robin Roberts, Darla Anderson, Amy Wambach, and so many more in past years. Throughout the week the girls go through training programs, leadership training, and perform skits. On the last day, the camp hosts a “world cup” that everyone participates in!
JFSLA focuses on two overlapping components — Sports and Leadership — and how both complement each other. The aim of the JFSLA is to expose students to Julie’s great passion: the concept of not just being a leader on the field but a LEADER IN LIFE. She believes that participating in sports helps young women discover their inner strength, their voice and ultimately their ability to positively impact society.

GenHERation helps connect young women with top companies, helping them discover career paths, network, and develop leadership capabilities. The program connects young women with leaders at the most innovative companies in America during a weeklong experiential learning program. To conclude the program each girl is connected to mentors from innovative companies in a one-on-one meeting. LLB provides full scholarships for high school girls to attend the program!
